• Be sure the electric line from your micro hydro generator to your power consume facilities is trouble-free.
• now you can open your hydropower system according to the following opening steps of your micro hydro generator.

1. Slowly open the valve, if for reaction turbine such as micro Francis turbine and micro Propeller turbine, you also need to open the guide vane(wicket gates), having the turbines running at low speed after 1 ~ 2 minutes, making sure there is no problem.
2. then close the main switch and each branch switch to transfer the electricity to your home electric facility,(for off-grid home user, HS Dynamic Energy will offer a water dump load system to protest your home electric equipment, so you should be sure the connection of this dump load is on good condition.)
3. After the electricity is transferred to your equipment, this mean that your micro hydro turbine generator is on load condition, at this time you will see a drop in voltage and frequency gauge, then you must continue to adjust the valve and guide vane to control the voltage and frequency to meet the specified value(such as 380v,50Hz).

Stop operation of your micro hydropower generator

1. Slowly close the turbine inlet valve, make the turbine speed reduced gradually.
2. Disconnect the main switch of generator and each branch switch.
3. Turbine inlet valve closed fully.
